Tru-Tension Moto Grime Guard

There’s only really one question that needs answering when it comes to the Moto Grime Guard, why has it taken this long to get something like this. It’s such a simple idea and one which many bikers have done their own take on before with a bit of cardboard trying to protect the rear wheel when you’re lubing a chain. The guard comes marked out for you to cut to fit your own hub and then it’s just a case of opening it up and fitting it round. If we’re being very critical when closing it up on the bike it can be a little bit of a fath closing the guard around the hub and the hanging eye can catch on the wheel other than that it’s a must have for anyone who doesn’t have shaft drive.
Pro’s – Everything
Cons – A bit fiddley to get on
Rating – 9.5/10

Tru-Tension Chain Cleaner

Used by Bulby once so far the first signs are pretty good , if you believe the advert spray on and the much just comes off the chain but in reality you still need to use a rag or better still a chain brush but that aside it does what it says it does.
Pro’s – It does what it’s meant to
Cons – still need some elbow grease
Rating – 9/10

Karcher K4 Power Washer

Normal Karcher quality the K4 is well designed with some clever features for storage etc. A Net pocket on the back of the unit is a good place to coil up the power lead for storage while on the front it comes with a place to the lance. This unit comes with two lances, one for patio stone etc and the other for general things like cars and this lance has a power meter on it that indicates what’s best for what you are cleaning. The unit has decent power to get stuff clean and all this comes at around the £200 mark.

Cos – Nothing other than cost

Travel Pussy

In 2013 on the teams tour of Europe we came across ( not literally) the travel pussy being sold in German service stations we’re guessing for those long distance lorry drivers to while away those nights parked up in a carpark. Being the children we are , yes we did buy one but sadly we were to tired for any nonsense like that however we got it as we were intrigued to find out what you got for 5 euro’s. What you actually get is a bag that you either fill with water or blow up then away you go………. what more can we say lol
Pro’s- Cheap and cheerful, other people have posted on you tube so we aren’t the only ones lol
Cons – Its a plastic bag with hole in, Be careful what you search for on Google
Rating – TBC (lol)
